Mr. Giambagno, with over 20 years of public accounting and industry experience, has in-depth knowledge of various industries including business services, technology, manufacturing, and distribution. He also has a wealth of experience in managing mid-market enterprises.  Ralf Hermkens | Executive Consultant/Principal, Hermkens Consulting, LLC Winner of the CFO as COO Innovation Award 2015, Mr. Hermkens has expertise in turnarounds, restructuring, and change. His global career evolved from Controller, Auditor, and Advisor to the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs; to senior positions at ABB; to Regional Manager for Austrian Energy & Environment. More recently, he was recruited for the acquisition and integration of Lab-Volt by Festo, a supplier of pneumatic and electrical automation technology.  Gregg Kam | Chief Financial Officer, Sonneborn Mr. Kam joined Sonneborn, LLC, a global leader in the manufacture and supply of high-quality white oils and specialty hydrocarbons, in March 2015. Prior to that, he served as CFO of The Newark Group and of International Specialty Chemicals. He is the winner of the 2015 CFO Industry Transformation Award.  Bert Marchio | Chief Accounting & Operations Officer, Edge Therapeutics Mr. Marchio previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Edge Therapeutics. He brings 25 years of experience in senior financial leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, with the last 22 years spent in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Edge, he was a Managing Operating Partner with Three Fields Capital, a multi-strategy health-care-focused investment firm.  Howard Reba | Finance Director - Portfolio Operations Marlin Operations Group, Inc. Mr. Reba has over 25 years of experience leading finance teams in technology, financial services, and professional services organizations. He has served as CFO of three early-stage technology companies, most notably Tradeware Global Corp., which is a leading broker-neutral SaaS provider for electronic access to global equity markets. Prior thereto, he held key financial management positions at The CIT Group; IBM Business Consulting Services; Research Partners International, Inc.; JP Morgan & Co., Inc.; and Ernst & Young, LLP.  Ron Rickles | Retired Partner, Deloitte, LLP A senior financial executive with over 40 years of professional client service, Mr. Rickles was a senior partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP until late 2013, providing attest and advisory services to a wide range of companies.  John A. (Jay) Roberts | Chief Financial Officer, VirMedica, Inc. Mr. Roberts has more than 25 years of experience in driving revenue growth for global health care and technology organizations. His current employer, VirMedica, Inc., is an innovative technology and services company. Mr. Roberts is a recognized thought leader on topics related to corporate finance, mergers and acquisition, capital formation, and financial matters related to the health care industry.  Andrew Savadelis | Chief Financial Officer, Angion Biomedica Focusing on leading strategy for commercialization-stage companies in the technology and biotech industries, Mr. Savadelis has demonstrated success in finance, operations, M&A, and strategic alliance negotiations.  Brian Zietsman | President & CFO of Enteris BioPharma, Inc. Mr. Zietsman joined Enteris BioPharma, Inc. as the President & CFO in July 2013 and is shepherding two promising internal pipeline programs through FDA approvals.
